Cards
All card orders are processed within 0-1 working days before being shipped.
We use a selection of Royal Mai services:
- Tracked 24 – Guaranteed next-day delivery after dispatch.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Guaranteed delivery within 2 days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail 1st Class – Aims to deliver within 1 working day, but please allow up to 3 working days.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class – Aims to deliver within 3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days.
Guaranteed Next Day orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
For weekend orders, any purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.
Guaranteed Next Day
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
For weekend orders, any purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.
Express
Orders placed before 7 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed overnight and dispatched the next morning via Evri’s Next Day service or Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service, both of which typically deliver within one day.
Orders placed after 7 PM will be processed the next working day and shipped that afternoon or the following morning.
- For example, an order placed at 9 PM on Wednesday will be processed on Thursday and shipped on Friday.
Orders placed after 7 PM on Friday, anytime on Saturday, or before 7 PM on Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.
Standard
Your order will process for 0-3 business days before being shipped via
Evri's standard service or Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service which usually
takes 2-4 days.
International
All international orders are processed within 0-3 business days before being shipped via Royal Mail's International Tracked service.
- Europe
Estimated delivery 3-10 business days after processing.
- Worldwide
Estimated delivery 5-14 business days after processing.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
As soon as your payment is received, we begin preparing your order immediately. Because of this, we're unable to alter or cancel your order once it's been confirmed. We recommend double-checking all details before completing your purchase. Thank you for ensuring everything is perfect! 🌟

Which payment methods do you accept?

We don’t store your card details ourselves— instead, we use a trusted third-party provider called Stripe. As a Level 1 PCI-compliant payment service, they specialise in secure transactions, so you can rest assured that your information is in safe hands.
When will I receive my refund?
Once a member of our team has processed your refund, our payment provider promptly sends it to your bank. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing speed, but it typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
